How to Raise a Complaint With Us

We want every homeowner who reaches Wirefind Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• Your experience when calling or contacting Wirefind Windows & Siding
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Wirefind Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@wirefind.property and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
